Card Security Representative

Summary

The job description is for a Card Security Representative at Redwood Credit Union. The role involves assisting with the resolution of plastic card dispute and fraud claims. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and education.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of a PC and skilled in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, intranet, Internet and office equipment
• Knowledge of basic Visa transactions including finance charges
• Knowledge of ATM and Visa dispute process
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching, processing, and completing plastic card claims
• Prepare appropriate Member correspondence regarding claim status
• Process dispute/fraud chargebacks, representments, compliance, and arbitrations according to Visa Dispute Resolution Rules, Visa’s Operating Rules, and Star Operating Rules

Preferred Qualifications

• One year experience on the Visa FDR system and Co-Op ATM system
• Credit union or financial institution experience
