Summary

Join CLEAR as the Manager of Subscription Billing & Operations, where you will be the in-house expert on credit card billing processes. You will optimize billing processes, ensure accuracy, and create efficiencies through automation. Requirements

  • Accounting smarts and a solid foundation (6+ years) of industry experience
  • Advanced Excel / SQL experience with the demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of our credit card billing, refund, and chargeback processes
  • Optimize customer billing including success rates, hard/soft decline retry processes, and card update processes
  • Own the revenue-to-cash reconciliation process
  • Create efficiencies through automation where possible
  • Develop executive reporting and analysis to aid in business optimization
  • Be responsible for interfacing with our merchant processor/subscription billing vendor as well as issuers to ensure we receive best-in-class services and fees

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a tech/high-growth environment or subscription-based B2C model
