Summary

Join iRhythm's Clinical Operations Team as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered General Nurse, or Exercise Physiologist. This remote, full-time role involves reviewing patient ECG data, ensuring clinical accuracy, and communicating findings. You will perform quality assurance on reports, maintain compliance, and continuously develop your clinical knowledge. Requirements

  • Significant post-qualification experience as Cardiac Physiologist, Registered General Nurse, or Exercise Physiologist
  • BSc or nursing qualification
  • Recognised ECG interpretation certificate g. SCST Certificate of ECG qualification or you must be prepared to obtain this certification while in role
  • Extensive work experience in a Cardiology Dept/Unit or in an area with focus on ECG monitoring for example ICU/ED or Exercise/CPET Lab
  • Intermediate level PC proficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
  • Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients

Responsibilities

  • Review patient’s ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilising iRhythm’s Quality Analysis tools
  • Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities as required and in accordance with physician notification protocol
  • Perform 100% quality assurance of the final report sent to physicians and provide report format modifications & additions as requested
  • Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including completion of CCT (US) certification
  • Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills
  • Communicate with internal and external customers as required
