Requirements

  • You have 6-10 years of experience in health tech implementation, client management, or healthcare management consulting
  • You are an exceptional oral and written communicator with a track record of influencing executive mindsets
  • You build strong relationships with users and key stakeholders, understanding their needs to showcase where and how Ambience can drive value
  • You have experience managing ambiguous and complex multi-stakeholder environments in healthcare and solving difficult problems using first-principles thinking
  • You thrive in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment, valuing collaboration, kindness, and effective decision-making in high-complexity situations
  • You have demonstrated the ability to own the execution of ideas from inception to successful outcomes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication

Responsibilities

  • Create transformational and lasting change at our most important clients
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and contributors from the C-suite to analysts to maximize the footprint and value of our platform at marquee health systems
  • Forge strategic alliances, unlock difficult political situations, and turn key stakeholders into advocates and champions
  • Measure and communicate value creation, converting small pilots into successful case studies, and developing enthusiastic champions for our products
  • Partner with our Clinician Impact and Integrations teams to create and execute on a comprehensive client journey from end-of-sales to a forever partnership. Create a white-glove experience for our clients that is specifically informed by their needs and our ability to create lasting value for providers, patients, and administrators
  • Drive excellence and thought leadership for our internal team, creating and trialing new ideas to help us better serve our clients
