You will provide personalized career guidance and support to students completing ELVTR courses, helping them transition into new careers. Responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, student assessments, developing job search strategies, conducting mock interviews, and teaching advanced job search techniques. You will also track student progress, create action plans, and build student confidence. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in career coaching or talent development and expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential, along with proficiency in digital tools. Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in career coaching or talent development, guiding professionals or career changers through job transitions
• Strong understanding of modern hiring practices, talent acquisition trends, and recruitment processes across industries
• Expertise in CV/resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation with a results-driven approach to job search strategy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and provide direct, constructive feedback
• Comfortable working with data to track goals, progress, and job search outcomes
• Tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools like CRM platforms, Google Workspace, scheduling software, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to help students define their career goals and create actionable plans
• Evaluate student profiles to identify transferable skills and areas for development
• Develop tailored strategies, including resume refinement, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter writing
• Conduct mock interviews, offering feedback on delivery, storytelling, and communication
• Teach advanced methods like networking, cold outreach, and optimizing job boards
• Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to facilitate introductions to employers and mentors
• Monitor student progress with measurable KPIs, maintaining detailed records of engagement and outcomes
• Create and manage personalized career action plans, with clear milestones and regular check-ins
• Provide guidance on personal branding, soft skills, and overcoming psychological barriers like imposter syndrome
• Work closely with product and content teams to offer feedback on market trends and curriculum enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with adult learners in remote or online environments is a plus
• Professional certifications (e.g., ICF, CPRW, GCDF) are a strong plus
