Summary

Join UBQ Materials, a leader in sustainable materials, as their Channel Manager to energize their global distribution network. You will be the key link between UBQ and distributors, driving commercial growth, ensuring smooth operations, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities include commercial development through distributors, operational monitoring and reporting, internal coordination, distributor stock management, and localized communication and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-5 years of B2B sales or distributor management experience, and a deep understanding of distribution models, particularly within the polymers/materials sector. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Materials Science or related)
  • 1-5 years experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or network activation
  • Deep understanding of distribution models—and ideally the polymers/materials sector
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Excel; strong analytical mindset
  • Natural leader with outstanding interpersonal and coordination skills
  • You’re living within 100km of Bergen op Zoom
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate distributor teams to acquire new customers
  • Oversee and support execution of distributor action plans
  • Coach and upskill distributor sales reps
  • Produce weekly reports on leads, sales, trials, and project progress
  • Track performance against weekly and monthly targets
  • Ensure disciplined use and upkeep of our CRM system
  • Coordinate internal resources (samples, tech support, marketing collateral)
  • Troubleshoot distributor issues— quality, pricing, documentation
  • Monitor and analyze distributor inventory levels
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and destocking initiatives
  • Develop and manage region-specific marketing activities: email campaigns, collateral
  • Tailor messaging to distinct market segments and territories

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sustainability or circular-economy ventures and speaking multiple languages
