Career Mentor Volunteer

Summary

Join our mentorship program and help Ukrainian professionals rebuild their careers while enhancing your mentoring skills. This fully remote and flexible opportunity requires a 2-4 hour per month commitment. Experienced Nordic professionals are needed to mentor Ukrainians through career transitions using our user-friendly platform. Mentors will provide career guidance, review CVs, conduct mock interviews, and share Nordic job market insights. Two options are available: on-demand assistance or a structured 6-month commitment with regular check-ins. Mentors will develop leadership and mentoring skills, network with colleagues, and receive completion certificates.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Nordic countries
• English B2
• Professional expertise in any field
