Cash Management Accountant

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cash liquidity reports for investors
• Create and maintain weekly cash reconciliation files
• Support AP cleanup initiatives and manage Tipalti payment operations
• Perform monthly consolidated cash reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Upload and manage cash transactions in NetSuite for all subsidiaries (INC/PL/NL)
• Handle bank wires, intercompany transfers, and funding processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify cash entries in NetSuite

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or accounts payable roles
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and familiarity with Tipalti or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of cash flow management, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote settings
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently after training
