Catalog Team Intern

Summary

Join OpenSesame's paid summer internship program as a Catalog Intern and significantly impact our eLearning catalog. This full-time, 7.5-week internship (June 17 - August 15, 2025) offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will learn how a large eLearning catalog is managed, work with data, optimize course accessibility, and ensure user-friendliness. The program includes training, enriching events, and a group project. The internship is fully remote, with a compensation of $17/hour. Apply by March 14, 2025.

Requirements

• Be a passionate and driven student or recent graduate
• Possess a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Learn how OpenSesame’s catalog is set up and how to update it
• Complete training on our tools and systems
• Assist with adding new courses and checking for any errors in the catalog
• Review and update catalog information to ensure it’s accurate
• Work with team members to ensure new courses are organized correctly
• Start creating simple reports about catalog updates and improvements
• Take on projects like organizing specific course categories or fixing data issues

Preferred Qualifications

Have a background or interest in library science, data organization, or content curation
