CG Storyboard Artist

Join Atomic Cartoons as a Storyboard Artist and contribute your skills to Marvel's Spidey and His Amazing Friends! Work with the Director and Storyboard Supervisor to illustrate the story, plan shots, and draw panels, maintaining style and quality. This role requires 2+ years of experience in CG animation, excellent drawing skills, and the ability to work efficiently on timelines. Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant animation industry experience as a CG Storyboard Artist
• Excellent drawing and composition skills
• Able to work efficiently on a timeline while maintaining consistency and quality
• Currently legally eligible to work in Canada
• Applicants must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2024 and be able to provide the appropriate supporting documents

Responsibilities

• Work with and under the guidance of the Director and Storyboard Supervisor to illustrate the story, plan shots, and draw panels
• Maintain style, quality, and continuity of drawings
• Work collaboratively with a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow direction and notes from the supervisor and the director
• Meet deadlines as assigned by production management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on an animated preschool series and/or action show is an asset
• Experience with Storyboard Pro is an asset
