Change Management Analyst

Summary

Join LawnStarter, a leading on-demand marketplace for home services, as a Change Management Analyst. In this role, you will research and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions across the support ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to implement structured change initiatives, assess the impact of changes, and mitigate risks. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and improving adoption of new processes. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Requirements

• Experience in change management, business transformation, or support operations
• Strong knowledge of customer support, sales, marketplace relations, fraud prevention, and operational workflows
• Proven ability to drive change in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience analyzing impact, measuring adoption, and iterating based on feedback

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies that align with business objectives
• Assess the impact of process, system, and policy changes on the support organization
• Partner with support teams, product, engineering, and leadership to ensure seamless change adoption
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change, addressing resistance proactively
• Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and feedback
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on best practices for sustainable change
• Continuously refine and improve change management methodologies based on outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with support technologies and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Atlassian, Monday.com)
