Change Management Consultant, Cybersecurity

Join NTT DATA, a leading technology company, as a Change Management Consultant, Cybersecurity to lead a digital transformation initiative focused on cybersecurity adoption. You will define and execute a cybersecurity adoption strategy, ensuring organizational alignment with evolving security policies. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan, including branding, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. Assess change impact and design tailored adoption journeys for employees. Lead cybersecurity awareness campaigns and develop training materials. Manage client relationships and establish a KPI framework to monitor effectiveness. Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to refine quality assurance and technical guidance. This remote position requires 5+ years of change management experience, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity adoption and digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably 2+ within cybersecurity adoption and digital transformation
• Strong strategic thinking with an ability to define, execute, and track cybersecurity initiatives
• Experience in designing awareness campaigns, branding, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Expertise in cybersecurity concepts
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Join an exciting digital transformation initiative, leading the cyber adoption program to drive business alignment with new policies and procedures
• Define and execute a cybersecurity adoption strategy, ensuring organizational alignment with evolving security policies
• Develop a comprehensive change management plan, incorporating branding, stakeholder buy-in/engagement, and adoption initiatives. Consider the individual needs of each initiative in terms of change
• Archetype the employees and find early adopters, champions and quick wins to mitigate risk and showcase impact to the organization
• Assess change impact and design tailored cyber adoption journeys for employees and cybersecurity champions
• Lead the design and execution of cybersecurity awareness campaigns, leveraging creative branding and innovative engagement tactics to captivate site managers and employees
• Develop training materials and communication frameworks that ensure effective knowledge transfer. Bridge the gap between current and desired maturity levels in cybersecurity awareness and behaviors
• Manage client relationships, reporting, and ongoing adoption strategy refinement
• Establish a cybersecurity adoption KPI framework to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to refine quality assurance, training materials, and technical guidance
