Summary
Join Somfy, a global leader in home automation, as a Change Management apprentice! Collaborate with the Change Management team to understand and implement organizational changes aligned with the 2030 Ambition. Support change managers in communication, mobilization, and skills development. Your responsibilities include updating the change management methodology, implementing a Change Factory, supporting communication and training efforts, creating deliverables for change plans, reporting on KPIs, animating the change champions network, managing training activities, and staying informed on industry best practices. This 2-year apprenticeship offers remote work flexibility (2 days/week after onboarding) and benefits like a company restaurant and participation in intern events. The position is based in Cluses, Haute-Savoie, with a start date between June and October.
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Change management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- English & French fluent
- Excellent communicant (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills (collaboration, problem solving mindset, active listening, team spirit, empathy, networking with people)
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- At ease with digital tools : Microsoft Office Suite, video editing tool, Klaxoon or similar collaborative tool
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Change Management team to understand the scope and objectives of upcoming changes within the organization, in line with our 2030 Ambition
- As part of the HR & Organization function, support change managers in the successful implementation of change dimensions: management communication, collective awareness & mobilization, collective & individual skills
- Update and maintain the Group’s change management methodology & toolbox (templates, surveys…)
- Implement a Change Factory supporting change managers in the implementation of change strategy (impact analysis, stakeholders mappings, communication plan…)
- Support communication & training efforts: contributes to design / delivery in collaboration with change managers
- Create actionable deliverables (communication kit, training contents, digital workshop…) for change plans
- Responsible for the delivery of Change KPIs reports
- Animate the change champions network and the Change Academy: Yammer community, change-related events (regular webinars, virtual coffees…)
- Manage change training administrative activities (invitations, satisfaction survey…)
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in change management and contribute fresh insights to the team
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience (through apprenticeship, internship or school projects) in change management, project coordination, or related fields is a plus
