Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote, global cybersecurity company, as a Senior Channel Account Manager. You will play a critical role in driving revenue through partner engagement, expansion, and retention. This high-impact sales role focuses on achieving and exceeding quota based on expansion and renewal metrics. Success will be measured by partner loyalty and satisfaction. You will work with partners as a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption. This position requires 5+ years of experience in account management or related fields, strong knowledge of the MSP space, and experience with CRM platforms. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
- Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Maintain and reinforce Huntressβ culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
