Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working with technology companies, managing customer/partner relationships, and/or building and launching programs and solutions for B2B customers
  • 5+ years experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility
  • 3+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in successful project execution and/or operational rigor
  • Process-oriented with a passion for streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in environments with competing priorities and rapid changes
  • Collaborative and proactive, fostering strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and external partners
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to implement structure (processes, frameworks) into daily work with little direction in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner for field programs, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives
  • Support and refine processes, templates, and tools for consistent and scalable execution of ongoing work
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of ongoing processes and resolution of project-related challenges
  • Create and maintain prioritized project schedules, addressing emerging needs, risks, and opportunities while ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for field programs to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback, data, and insights into decision-making processes and project execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira a plus
