Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote, global cybersecurity company, as a Senior Channel Account Manager in Australia. You will be responsible for driving revenue through partner engagement, expansion, and retention. This role involves building strong relationships with partners, developing creative engagement strategies, and providing solutions that increase customer satisfaction and partner adoption. You will be working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve these goals. This is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role with a focus on expansion and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer/ Partner Success, Account Management,Channel Account Management, or a direct sales role
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, specifically related to the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce, or other similar CRM platforms
- Passionate about building a partner community:Β providing value to your clients through developing deep relationships, understanding their business needs, and making product recommendations
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion and retention metrics
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Own a book of business; build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organisations
- Develop creative ways to engage with partners to enable growth and partner success
