Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a comparable role at a B2B SaaS company
- Practical experience in web development
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration methods
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of Storyblok for potential enterprise clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep dives for various audiences – both technical and non-technical
- Create and present technical concepts, architecture sketches, proofs-of-concept, prototypes, sample applications, and code examples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok
- Provide expert consulting in the area of headless content management – including best practices, integration strategies, and optimization potentials
- Support the knowledge building and further development of Storyblok's implementation partners
- Conduct onboarding sessions with clients and hand over to Customer Success after contract conclusion
- Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback and advocate for new features
- Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums
- Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to building a first-class Solutions Engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monolithic/traditional CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM)
