Channel Development Manager

Summary

WatchGuard is seeking a South EMEA Channel Development Manager to identify, recruit, and nurture channel partners for business growth in the French market. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years' experience in direct and indirect sales, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, excellent French and English skills, and strong soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify potential partners
• Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners
• Collaborate with Field Marketing to identify and contact target partners
• Execute recruitment and enablement activities, track, and measure metrics
• Develop Partner Business Plan: Account mapping, stakeholders, etc
• Lead generation and sales development (POC, training, complex quotes, help answering RFPs and Public tenders)
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships
• Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results
