Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or similar roles
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on partnership metrics
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive engagement plans for our consultant network, including regular touchpoints, structured meetings, and progress tracking
- Develop and maintain detailed relationship maps for each consultant, identifying high-potential introduction opportunities
- Build and execute enablement programs that keep consultants informed about product developments and market trends
- Generate and distribute targeted materials that support consultants in their outreach efforts
- Maintain detailed documentation of consultant interactions, insights, and industry intelligence
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including introduction quality, conversion rates, and ROI per consultant
- Orchestrate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support consultant-driven opportunities
- Lead quarterly business reviews with top-performing consultants to optimize engagement strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with executive-level consultants or advisory networks
- Background in partnership program development
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation best practices
- Experience in creating enablement materials and training programs
- Familiarity with lead tracking and attribution systems
