Channel Support Specialist

Summary

Join Keeper Security as a Channel Support Specialist to support the onboarding, training, and pre-sales efforts of value-added resellers and distributors in a 100% remote position with an opportunity for hybrid work in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with channel partners, creating sales collateral, managing events, identifying opportunities for partner training, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
• Basic project management skills
• Content creation and training skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical product demonstrations remotely or at customer/partner locations/Keeper Security facilities on Keeper Security products
• Collaborate with channel partners on qualifying and advancing partner-sourced leads
• Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales
• Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
• Manage specific partner-focused events and ensure successful execution
• Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineer representatives within our partner organizations
• Ensure accurate and timely activity and issue updates in Salesforce and reporting to management
• Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
