Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide timely assistance to clients via chat. Utilize knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and follow up with clients to ensure full resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service via email and chat in English
  • Understanding of common technical terminology
  • Understanding of basic and common medical terminology
  • Displays superb customer service skills and capabilities
  • Basic Operating System knowledge
  • Ability to navigate common user interface elements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Responding to queries and providing assistance for questions and guiding clients through chat in a timely manner
  • Following up with clients to ensure full resolution
  • Running reports to analyze common trends and conversion
