Summary

The job is for a part-time Conversion Improvement team member who will work from home and handle automated humanized conversations for clients. The candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, proficient typing skills, good grammar, spelling, and logic skills, and be comfortable using emojis. Reliability and a designated schedule are also required.

Requirements

• Maintain 95% or above accuracy in response handling
• Reliable and responsible to a designated schedule (unreliability will not be tolerated)
• Must have reliable internet/wifi and a computer with up-to-date software
• Must be currently living in the U.S. / are authorized to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

• Respond accurately to inbound messages via our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around the product or service utilizing point and click frequently asked questions canned responses
• Add relevancy to canned responses

Benefits

• Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00/hr part-time (up to 28 hours/week)
• Training is conducted through Zoom, audio and video is required
• Multiple shifts to fill this role and are willing to work around schedules
• Schedules available: Shifts: 12pm-6pm EST, 2pm-8pm EST, 4pm-10pm EST, 6pm-12am EST
