Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in leading high-growth brands or turnarounds, preferably within technology-focused retail companies
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, aligned with market trends and opportunities
  • Lead the executive team in setting and achieving ambitious business goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of company operations, including retail operations, technology development, supply chain management, and customer experience
  • Implement best practices and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability
  • Drive innovation in retail leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Provide leadership and support to drive employee engagement, development, and retention
  • Develop and manage the company's financial strategy and budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability
  • Monitor financial performance and key metrics to drive business growth and value creation
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all products and services meet the needs and expectations of our retail partners and end customers
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and strategic partnerships to drive growth and market share
