Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, aligned with market trends and opportunities
- Lead the executive team in setting and achieving ambitious business goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including retail operations, technology development, supply chain management, and customer experience
- Implement best practices and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability
- Drive innovation in retail leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Provide leadership and support to drive employee engagement, development, and retention
- Develop and manage the company's financial strategy and budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics to drive business growth and value creation
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all products and services meet the needs and expectations of our retail partners and end customers
