Co-founder - Chief Product Officer

Summary

Join Red Sky, a startup studio with over 20 years of experience, as a Co-founder to lead a new AI-driven startup in purchasing automation. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from scratch with full support, equity, and strategic freedom. You will co-manage the company, craft strategic plans, direct product development, assemble and lead a team, monitor industry trends, oversee financial management, and lead with strong work ethics. The role requires significant experience in a startup leadership role, product management, AI technology, and agile development. You will have substantial control over product and enterprise shaping, influencing strategic direction, and catalyzing growth. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a startup environment
• 3+ years as a CPO, Product Manager, or Product Owner
• Strong understanding of AI technology and trends
• Proven experience in building products from scratch, including MVP development
• Hands-on experience with agile product development, user validation, and iteration
• Strong business acumen and ability to define go-to-market and growth strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and founder-level commitment

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the whole company
• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
• Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
• Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on AI/ML-based products
• Understanding of B2B procurement processes and purchasing automation
• Background in international teams or global product rollouts
