Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as CFO
• NetSuite Expert
• Proficient in utilizing and generating reports within NetSuite, with a preference for hands-on implementation experience
• Possesses extensive expertise in corporate financial law and practices related to risk management
• Demonstrates excellent proficiency in data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods

Responsibilities

• Guide a small team in the finance department, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development
• Spearhead the transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to NetSuite, emphasizing the establishment of enduring and streamlined processes
• Formulate, execute, and assess financial strategies and performance metrics to drive organizational success
• Devise, oversee, and assess departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals
• Analyze and present comprehensive financial reports, delivering transparent communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with fellow executives in strategic decision-making and operational matters
• Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements in all financial functions
