Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in management consulting role or relevant work experience (e.g. Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Kearney)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize complex projects and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated strong scheduling, prioritization and travel coordination experience
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft suite of office applications (Word, Docs, Sheets, Excel, etc) and ability to deliver polished presentations with minimal guidance
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and complete confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness on all business matters
  • Have a Bachelor's degree and preference to those who have completed an MBA (or equivalent certifications)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Divisional priorities of the ELT and effectively communicate with the CEO and ELT as applicable and in alignment with CEO priorities
  • Acts as the liaison between CEO and ELT and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement or decision-making as applicable
  • Represents the CEO as a proxy, in meetings with internal stakeholders as directed by CEO
  • Document and communicate M&A integration planning, to close collaboration with the Corporate Development team, to enable cross-functional teams to track and communicate progress to the ELT regularly
  • Build trust among the ELT by establishing new (and improving existing) systems and processes as you proactively become familiar with the ELT and organization
  • Assist with and manage ad hoc projects and events for the ELT as required
  • Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility
