The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company or management consulting, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German and English. - Strategic thinking and the ability to accompany projects from conception to implementation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
- Ambition to develop further in a dynamic and fast-growing organization and a desire to take on responsibility in the long term
- Fluent German and English skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders of Cosuno and have the opportunity to implement strategic projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success
- Increase commercial efficiency by leading cross-functional projects and driving innovative solutions
- Work directly with the founders and the CRO to identify and realize commercial initiatives that drive company growth
- Lead projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, with a clear focus on efficiency and growth
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with overall company goals
- Analyze market developments and customer requirements and use these insights to sustainably promote the success of Cosuno
- Support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and promote expansion into new markets
