Summary

Join Freebird, a rapidly growing consumer brand, and lead the Strategic Operations function. You will translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives, manage cross-functional projects using Asana, and implement a Leadership Operating System (EOS/Rockefeller Habits). This role requires building scalable systems, ensuring alignment, and driving cross-functional clarity. You will support the executive team in planning and decision-making, translating big ideas into actionable plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or CPG, proven project management skills, and a mastery of project management tools. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a high-velocity DTC, eCommerce, or CPG business (required)
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning, cross-functional projects, and org-wide systems
  • Mastery of project management tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Attend quarterly and annual planning and turn strategic priorities into executable initiatives
  • Partner with department leads to build production systems based on High Output Management principles
  • Support the COO and CEO in executive-level planning, helping drive clarity and alignment
  • Design and maintain an Asana-based system for tracking cross-functional projects and OKRs
  • Act as lead program manager for company-wide initiatives: resolve roadblocks, maintain momentum, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Take on special projects that don’t clearly belong to one function but are critical to business goals
  • Implement and sustain a lightweight version of Rockefeller Habits or EOS
  • Ensure consistency of company priorities, KPIs, and weekly/monthly/quarterly rhythms
  • Own meeting agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups for executive team standups, LT weeklies, and strategic offsites
  • Serve as the β€œProcessor” in the Visionary / Operator / Processor framework
  • Multiply CEO and COO effectiveness by structuring decision-making, ensuring follow-through, and driving cross-functional clarity
  • Translate big ideas into SOPs, roadmaps, and communication that drive execution
  • Constantly seek out misalignments, inefficiencies, or unnecessary complexity across the org
  • Build systems that promote accountability, speed, and scale

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with EOS, OKRs, or Rockefeller Habits is a major plus
