Requirements
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in company sales and operations management, focused on AI/ML and Customer experience technology or digital transformation environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning
- A strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends relevant to the digital transformation industry
- Familiarity to use latest technology and tools related to AI/ML, CRM and other platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including strategic planning, team management, process improvement, and resource allocation
- Manage and work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new revenue streams, and optimize pricing strategies
- Implement the company's vision and strategic goals, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Recruit, train, and manage employees, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest digital technologies and their applications in the industry, ensuring the company leverages the right tools and strategies
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial stability
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through improved operational processes and customer experiences
- Encourage and support innovation within the company, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve operations
- Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations and legal requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
- As the COO for a startup, the role will have a broader range of responsibilities
- The COO will need to be comfortable getting their hands dirty and actively participating in operational activities, particularly in the early stages of the startup
- The COO will work closely with the CEO and Chairwoman of the company and other executives to ensure the company's success
