Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in company sales and operations management, focused on AI/ML and Customer experience technology or digital transformation environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • A strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends relevant to the digital transformation industry
  • Familiarity to use latest technology and tools related to AI/ML, CRM and other platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • MBA from a top B school (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, including strategic planning, team management, process improvement, and resource allocation
  • Manage and work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new revenue streams, and optimize pricing strategies
  • Implement the company's vision and strategic goals, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction
  • Recruit, train, and manage employees, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Stay updated on the latest digital technologies and their applications in the industry, ensuring the company leverages the right tools and strategies
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations
  • Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial stability
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through improved operational processes and customer experiences
  • Encourage and support innovation within the company, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve operations
  • Ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulations and legal requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
