CI/CD Specialist

As a CI/CD Specialist, you will design and manage cloud environments on AWS, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, and utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. You will optimize AWS networking and security, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical decision-making. This role offers a blend of remote and in-office options (depending on location) and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of DevOps experience and expertise in AWS, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in AWS services, focusing on secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD, including pipeline execution policies and integration of security and code quality tools
• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC), ensuring maintainable and version-controlled deployments
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking and security mechanisms, with hands-on experience implementing comprehensive security strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration and technical excellence within teams
• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
• At least 5+ years of experience in a DevOps position, with a strong track record in CI/CD and cloud infrastructure management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable software delivery
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging best practices to optimize security, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards using Terraform to ensure version-controlled and maintainable infrastructure deployments
• Architect and enhance AWS networking and security strategies, implementing comprehensive solutions to protect sensitive data and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in DevOps
• Lead initiatives to integrate security scanning and code quality enforcement into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards
