Citrix Engineer

Summary

Join ConnectOS and work as a Citrix Administrator, designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix VDI solutions to support enterprise operations. Manage and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) for efficient desktop delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktops, application publishing, user access, and ICA Protocol performance. Optimize Citrix HDX Technology and administer Citrix Delivery Controllers for session management and load balancing. Configure and maintain Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA) and oversee Citrix StoreFront and Workspace portals. Monitor infrastructure performance using Citrix Director and implement security measures within Citrix DaaS. Collaborate with IT teams and provide technical support and documentation. This is a night shift position (10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PHT), Monday-Friday, with a salary range of P95,000-P105,000.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Citrix Environment
• 3–5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions
• Proficiency in Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) for desktop delivery
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Workspace, and Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA)
• Experience in troubleshooting ICA Protocol, optimizing HDX Technology, and managing user access and session performance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Citrix VDI solutions to support enterprise operations
• Manage and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) for efficient desktop delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtual desktops, application publishing, user access, and ICA Protocol performance
• Optimize Citrix HDX Technology for improved multimedia performance and bandwidth efficiency
• Administer Citrix Delivery Controllers for session management and load balancing
• Configure and maintain Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA) for seamless desktop and application delivery
• Oversee Citrix StoreFront and Workspace portals for user authentication and access control
• Monitor infrastructure performance using Citrix Director and apply analytics-driven optimizations
• Implement security measures within Citrix DaaS to ensure compliance and secure remote access
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with broader network and cloud systems
• Provide technical support, documentation, and best practices for Citrix VDI management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Citrix with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and enterprise network systems
• Knowledge of Citrix DaaS security configurations and compliance best practices
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and Citrix environment management
• Exposure to ITIL practices and experience working in enterprise IT support environments
• Ability to document technical procedures and provide user support and training on Citrix environments
