City Coordinator

Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as an Event Coordinator for Candlelight in their City. This is a freelance position with flexible hours and frequent on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Manage events in your assigned city, including logistics and coordination
• Coordinate with artists and suppliers to book and negotiate costs for multiple bookings
• Create concert plans and share them with all stakeholders and venue staff
• Arrange event staff through Fever's personnel dispatch partner, train them, and conduct project updates weekly
• Manage inventory in your assigned city's warehouse
• Research and visit potential venues for new event locations
• Assist in planning and implementing new event concepts and methods
• Serve as the main POC (point of contact) for events, managing schedules and coordinating with teams
• Create reports on events and incidents
• Promote high team performance, manage motivation, and improve performance within the team
• Provide photos and feedback to project managers after each event
• Represent Fever and Candlelight as a professional in the events industry, providing excellent customer service at all events
