Civil Roadway Designer

Summary

Join our growing Transportation team as a Roadway Designer! In this role you will work on various transportation projects with state and local transportation agencies. As a Designer you will perform engineering models, analysis and/or designs, and supporting calculations / documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• EIT Certification
• Internship experience working on GDOT preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform design calculations, and assist with design development
• Compute quantities and demonstrate awareness of relationships to pay items
• Develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
• Perform tasks on schedule and within budget as assigned
• Work independently under the guidance of a Project Engineer and Project Manager
