Join Experian, a global leader in data and technology, as a Benefit Charge Analyst. Review and respond to benefit charge notices promptly. Successfully complete required training and independently handle assigned tasks and agency responses. Meet strict agency deadlines and fulfill agency and client requests. Proficiently use Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). Report to the Benefit Charge Supervisor. Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience completing assigned tasks and agency responses independently upon successful completion of the required training
- You have the ability to meet strict agency deadlines and respond to agency and client requests are required for you to succeed in this role
- You have exper Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office use, to include Excel and Word documents
- Prior knowledge of the benefit charge analyst role
- High School diploma, some college
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience with Adobe Pro, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook and Word
