Summary
Join Karat's Sales team as a Client Advisor and drive revenue growth by building partnerships with mid-market technology companies. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, qualifying leads, and generating outbound pipelines using modern sales tools. Deliver compelling outreach campaigns, conduct product demonstrations, and lead commercial negotiations. Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic account management. Work hours align with U.S. and European time zones. This role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience targeting mid-market companies and hands-on experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong. The position is remote but currently limited to candidates residing in Bengaluru, India.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience in B2B sales, demand generation, or related roles targeting mid-market companies, with a strong track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Recent experience required selling to U.S. or EMEA-based companies, with demonstrated success navigating these markets and business cultures
- Hands-on experience using modern prospecting and sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, UserGems, and similar platforms
- Proven ability to run structured discovery calls and deliver persuasive product demonstrations to executive decision-makers, with experience navigating complex decision-making processes remotely
Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Qualify and convert inbound leads through structured discovery conversations and consultative selling approaches that uncover technical hiring challenges
- Generate a robust outbound pipeline using modern sales tools, including UserGems, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms
- Deliver compelling outreach campaigns, conduct product demonstrations, and lead commercial negotiations with engineering leaders and talent acquisition decision-makers at mid-market companies
- Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline, activity, and revenue targets through disciplined execution and strategic account management
- Work hours aligned with U.S. and European time zones to ensure optimal client coverage and team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred background: Growth from a lead generation or SDR/BDR role into a full-cycle sales position, demonstrating both outbound prospecting skills and closing ability
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled services to mid-market companies is highly preferred
