Client Analytics Associate

Summary

Join our Data & Analytics team as a fully remote Data Analyst, based in Central America or Mexico. You will support the organization by delivering data-driven insights through client reporting, operational analysis, and financial analysis. As a critical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, you will produce and present actionable analytics. This role offers visibility across all organizational levels and a clear path for advancement. The position requires proficiency in SQL (Big Query) and advanced Excel skills, along with experience in dashboarding applications. A fixed monthly salary of $1300 is offered.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL (Big Query) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with dashboarding applications like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Responsibilities

• Prepare, interpret, and deliver customized reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity in all communications
• Perform in-depth analysis of operational & financial metrics, offering clear summaries and identifying opportunities to drive business efficiency and profitability
• Design, implement, and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights to both clients and internal teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, engineering, and sales to deliver data-driven insights
