Summary

Join Sojern as a Client Success Associate - Onboarding and play a key role in ensuring smooth customer campaign onboarding. You will collaborate with clients across the INTL region, internal teams, and external vendors. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, gathering information for campaign launches, and providing excellent customer communication. You will oversee campaign setup, QA processes, and resolve support tickets. This role may lead to managing your own client portfolio, focusing on campaign success, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and meeting client KPIs. Requirements

  • Fluency in English essential and fluency in either Spanish or French
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • High attention to detail and organization skills which allow you to operate efficiently across multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision making
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software such as Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products
  • Must be flexible in working with global clients

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for successful campaign launch
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams (sales, client success, support teams, etc) to gather info needed to launch campaigns as well as onboarding clients on the portal
  • Demonstrate excellent customer communication skills over the phone, email, web conferencing
  • Oversee campaign setup including technical components
  • QA campaign setup and performance
  • Resolve relevant customer support tickets
  • Develop strong client relationships with your clients leading to renewals and upsells
  • Grow revenue through pitching new products and channels
  • Meet client KPIs, goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DV360 & Xandr a distinct advantage but not essential
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry a plus
