Join our client's Business Development team as a dynamic Client Engagement & Proposal Specialist. This fully remote role involves crafting tailored proposals, managing the HubSpot sales pipeline, supporting contracts, and designing compelling sales materials. You will work closely with the CEO and CRO to foster client relationships and optimize workflows. Success will be measured by increased revenue growth, high-quality proposals, impactful sales materials, accurate CRM tracking, seamless coordination, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a related role and possess strong design, CRM, and communication skills. Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in a junior sales, account management, or business development support role
- Skilled in formatting, designing decks, and creating sales and proposal materials using tools like Canva
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is highly advantageous)
- Proficiency in Google Calendar, Docs, and Slides
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- Resourceful and self-directed, thriving in a fully remote environment
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Craft persuasive proposals tailored to specific customer needs and preferences, addressing pain points and demonstrating value propositions
- Assist with drafting initial contracts, coordinating signatures via DocuSign, and submitting finalized agreements to the Operations Department
- Design professional, visually appealing sales materials (e.g., sales decks, proposals, creative materials) using Canva or similar tools, showcasing exceptional attention to detail
- Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities
- Oversee coordination with in-house teams, ensuring smooth project execution and effective client communication
- Support the Business Development team with prospecting, creative lead generation, and managing outbound sales agencies to ensure campaigns are effective and timely
- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients, collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams post-sale for seamless customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-signature tools like DocuSign
- Familiarity with proposal software such as PandaDoc
- AirTable knowledge is a bonus
