Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing and developing a team

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and challenges through active listening and effective questioning
  • Build rapport and establish trust with key client stakeholders at all levels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Proactively identify and address potential client issues or concerns
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address client needs
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, support) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and retention
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of client engagement specialists
  • Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Identify training and development needs for team members
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of client engagement processes
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
