Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing and developing a team
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and challenges through active listening and effective questioning
- Build rapport and establish trust with key client stakeholders at all levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Proactively identify and address potential client issues or concerns
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions address client needs
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, support) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and retention
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of client engagement specialists
- Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Identify training and development needs for team members
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Contribute to the development and improvement of client engagement processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
