Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent education
- Demonstrate recent experience independently managing accounts with minimal guidance
- Show a track record of supporting large California employer groups (150-2000 lives)
- Possess a strong command of large group plans and products
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial arrangements and health products including fully insured, level & self funded, captives
- Hold a California Health Insurance License
- Possess strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, written and communication skills
- Be comfortable with public speaking, including presenting renewal information, financials and open enrollments meetings and webinar recordings
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for an assigned book of employer groups (150-2000 lives)
- Be adaptable and flexible to proactively address client issues and needs and deliver a best in class client experience
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to manage the day to day servicing of clients and members
- Possess the ability to delegate, provide oversight and give feedback to others
- Drive your client's annual service plan adherence strategy including, but not limited to, management and execution of the renewal process, open enrollment, vendor deployment, member education and compliance support
- Foster consultative relationships with client executives and deliver novel benefit solutions for our growing portfolio of national clients
