Summary

Join Forge Global as a Client Onboarding Manager and oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. You will manage account setup, documentation, regulatory compliance, and asset transfers, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and develop the onboarding team, while maintaining operational accuracy and client satisfaction. Based remotely in Denver, CO, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality and productivity. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of leadership experience in client onboarding within a relevant financial industry, along with exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in client onboarding, financial operations, or account management, ideally within wealth management, retirement industry, or banking
  • Lead and motivate the department and others through increased operational efficiency and improved operational controls
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; a bility to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time while working
  • Must be able to work remotely at a Denver, CO

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of client onboarding, from welcome communication through account funding via transfer in, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Oversee the accuracy of client contact information and proactively engage with clients when contact information has changed
  • Provide white-glove service, ensuring a high-touch and positive first impression of the firm
  • Continuously review onboarding and transfer processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Maintain and update onboarding SOPs and documentation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for quality, efficiency, and productivity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Onboarding Team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of IRAs rules and regulations is preferred
  • Zendesk and Microsoft Office Experience preferred

Benefits

For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 + annual bonus
