Summary
Join Juniper Square as a Product Onboarding Manager and lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, focusing on transforming their investment data for our application. You will work directly with clients, becoming an expert in our product and diverse alternative private investment data. A core part of this role involves gathering and consolidating data from various sources and accurately mapping it to the Juniper Square model, often interpreting complex legal agreements and structures. You will be a key partner for our customers, communicating clearly about data changes and guiding them through the implications of data mapping decisions. You'll also contribute to improving our onboarding tools and processes and collaborate with internal teams. Juniper Square offers a variety of work options, from fully remote to working in physical offices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and 2+ years of experience, ideally in a field that makes extensive use of financial data, such as investment banking or management consulting
- Significant experience working with complex datasets in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail; analytical and inquisitive nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy for customers, and passion for helping them
- Self-starter personality; comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to plan how to migrate their existing data to Juniper Square
- Manage the process of data migration; lead calls with customers and coordinate work by your colleagues
- Review, analyze, interpret, and transform customer data for import to our application
- Learn to upload data using the Juniper Square application and other software tools
- Coordinate across multiple teams to provide a great onboarding experience for new customers
- Recommend improvements to our workflows and application based on experiences with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages and data management tools are a plus (SQL, Python, R)
- Interest in software and finance; familiarity with private equity or real estate concepts is a plus
