Summary

Join Enavate as a Client Outreach Specialist to generate and qualify leads for new sales opportunities. You will focus on promoting our Cloud and industry solutions to targeted prospects, contributing to client acquisition. Working closely with marketing and sales, you will build relationships, create qualified opportunities, and support the sales team's pipeline growth. This remote position in Ukraine reports to the Sr. Lead Development Leader and involves various outreach methods, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness

  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time and deadlines
  • Urgency & Responsibility: A strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • 2+ years in a similar sales or business development role
  • Cold Calling: Comfortable generating leads through calls, exceeding weekly lead qualification goals
  • CRM & Software: Experience with Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, Outlook, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial prospecting, qualifying of leads and delivery to Sales Rep team via multiple channel efforts including marketing campaign follow up, cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc
  • Identify client needs, paint points, BANT information
  • Customize email correspondences to align with prospects industry pains and product interest
  • Report on weekly Top 5 priorities with Manager
  • Stay knowledgeable around new products/services and technology offerings
  • Work with Marketing to provide relevant collateral for prospects
  • Track, update and maintain notes and activities in Microsoft CRM database
  • Participate in relevant sales and training meetings
  • Utilize workflow and technology tools such as Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
