Requirements
- Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments with intense growth (e.g., 50-100% monthly growth ). Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, managing multiple profiles, executing high-volume, tailored outreach, and optimizing lead generation efforts to drive consistent results
- Strong track record in lead generation and building targeted high-quality lead lists, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to maintain a robust pipeline
- Extensive experience in managing CRMs, with a focus on accurate logging of outreach activities, interactions, and follow-ups. Familiarity with Notion or similar tools is essential
- Proven ability to develop and implement account-based outreach strategies, aligning with business development goals to maximize client engagement and conversions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and profiles. A resourceful, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to grow and continuously improve
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts across 10-15 different client profiles, sending out 20-25 personalized connection requests daily from each profile with tailored messaging that speaks to the unique value propositions of each client
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to identify and build high-quality lead lists based on the ideal customer profile (ICP) of each client, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Accurately log all outreach activities, interactions, and responses into the designated CRM (Notion), ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information
- Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages for connection requests, follow-ups, and engagement sequences to nurture relationships and generate responses
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as connection request acceptance rates, response rates, and lead conversions. Prepare regular reports to measure outreach effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies based on the unique needs of each client account, ensuring alignment with their overall business development goals
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and to relay any valuable insights from prospect interactions that could inform future campaigns
- Stay up to date with LinkedIn and outreach best practices, continuously refining strategies to improve outreach success and efficiency
