Summary

Requirements

  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required
  • Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services
  • 4 years' experience as a Relationship Manager, within healthcare I.T./healthcare revenue cycle and management of multiple provider accounts
  • Provider based background in PAS and PFS related roles OR Vendor background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • 4+ years' expertise in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
  • 4+ years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration and backend billing

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, connecting with the client regularly to assist with issue resolution, goals, initiatives, and deliver product enhancements to align with the client's current needs and future roadmap
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews in tandem with Sales, expressing client successes and Return on Investment, includes documenting action items and go forward strategy
  • Facilitate proactive use of our client Community, driving client adoption for managing support cases, knowledge and product enhancements
  • Facilitate on-site client workshop by viewing clients workflow using our tools and make recommendations for improvement
