Remote Client Services Associate

Summary

Join YouGov's Data Products Client Services team to deliver value to clients through actionable insights derived from YouGov’s industry leading brand-tracking and audience profiling syndicated products, BrandIndex and Profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. A degree in a marketing or a research field is a plus (i.e., economics, psychology, business, marketing, market research, analytics, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• An eye for detail and ability to put together accurate deliverables in a timely fashion

Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide client users on YouGov’s products
• Leverage those systems to build reports and conduct ad hoc analyses
• Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to our customers
• Support YouGov clients ranging from Fortune 100s to fast-growing companies, spanning a variety of industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Social Media, Advertising Agencies, and more
• Work closely with senior members of the Client Service team to ensure we are driving successful outcomes for our clients
