Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Presentation abilities
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure client satisfaction
  • Present commercial offerings suite to clients
  • Adapt to priorities and work across functional units
  • Partner with team members from product, sales, technology, credentialing, and support teams
  • Lead demonstrations of new products and services for Growth accounts
  • Consult with clients on current and upcoming projects to define project specifications, implementation, and process design
  • Maintain sub code and perform Sub code maintenance
  • Use Salesforce to track and log all activities relevant to customer
  • Coordinate new solution and product demonstrations
  • Resolve billing and invoice questions and issues
  • Submit report request submittal
  • Summit request to Commercial Relations file and data research
  • Provide ongoing report and user setup training
  • Maintain account details (address update, PO, name change, etc…)
