Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
- Presentation abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure client satisfaction
- Present commercial offerings suite to clients
- Adapt to priorities and work across functional units
- Partner with team members from product, sales, technology, credentialing, and support teams
- Lead demonstrations of new products and services for Growth accounts
- Consult with clients on current and upcoming projects to define project specifications, implementation, and process design
- Maintain sub code and perform Sub code maintenance
- Use Salesforce to track and log all activities relevant to customer
- Coordinate new solution and product demonstrations
- Resolve billing and invoice questions and issues
- Submit report request submittal
- Summit request to Commercial Relations file and data research
- Provide ongoing report and user setup training
- Maintain account details (address update, PO, name change, etcβ¦)
