This remote-friendly opportunity can be based in NYC or one of our office hubs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
  • Ability to think holistically about an account, and build strategic relationships to support your user engagement, value creation and positive renewal outcomes
  • Passion for making clients successful
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base through deep discovery
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
  • Self-starter and team player

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value, drive user engagement and deeper adoption
  • Understand the client base and their jobs to be done. Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
  • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
  • Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies
  • Manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with key decision-makers
  • Partnering with cross-functional partners (Account Executives and Product teams) to develop, set and execute account strategy
  • Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value
