Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience
- Be a generalist who is smart, flexible, and a fast learner
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that will require you to manage competing priorities and deadlines, pivot quickly, and build new processes as the company scales
- Be an analytical and structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a clear communicator who is not afraid to speak their mind with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships; be the key point of contact for many of our employer partners and users
- Lead the customer support function; hear valuable feedback from customers and end users
- Build operational tests and processes; iterate on existing processes and build new ones

Ability to work EST or CST hours
