Join Experian Health as a Client Success resource and maximize client satisfaction by analyzing data, identifying improvement areas, and implementing optimization initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion. Utilize customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Identify and implement process improvements within the client success function. Track client success metrics, reporting progress to senior management. Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experience. This role requires significant travel and a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Requirements
- Available for 25-50% travel
- HFMA CRCR certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access
- 7+ years' Epic EMR Patient Access workflows and RTE interface experience
- Provider based background
- 5+ years experience with Healthcare Project Management
- 4+ year's experience with Salesforce.com
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying important metrics and success factors
- Use customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing applicable insights to all partners
- Build relationships with main client partners, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Identify process improvements and implement within the client success function to refine operations and enhance efficiency
- Trac client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to senior management
- Working closely with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience
